Reel ‘em in. To mark the ten year anniversary of the grailed OG, fittingly named the Concepts x Nike SB Red Lobster Dunk, the hyped collaboration is back with a fiery voltage purple colour edition, with the collaboration paying a fine homage to the ’08 release through a faithful update. Complementing its predecessor, the upper comes in variants of tonal suede, with a classic Dunk padded tongue, metallic accented wrap around Swoosh and a contrasting custom picnic table inspired printed sockliner. Dropping some versatility into this colour up, Nike has included 3 sets of coloured laces: pink, white and black and two of the symbolic lobster claw rubber toe bands.

Mixing the colour palettes from the original releases, the Purple Lobster Dunk serves as a nod to the Cambridge, Massachusetts fishing community, which is also home to the Concepts brand. According to Concepts' creative director Deon Point, lobsters themselves come in different colour variants, depending on the depth they travel below sea level. Fuelling the fire, Point adds “theoretically, there are lobsters in colours that haven't been found yet.”

    For each release we will invite those interested to enter a draw to purchase prior to the products actual designated time of release.
